All products must be returned unworn, in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Custom orders are not subject to any return or exchange.

Damaged Items & Repairs
Quality is extremely important to us so if your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, we would be happy to fix it for you under warranty. To initiate the repair process, please email us at email@example.com with your order information and a photo of the damage. We will get back to you as quickly as possible.
Designs that are damaged from misuse, or returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization are not eligible for return.
The Lovery is unable to reimburse engraving fees.
