Return your piece within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund.
Return your piece after 14 days of receiving it for a store credit. Store credits do not expire.
All products must be returned unworn, in the original packaging, in the same condition that you received it.
Please pack your order securely to ensure no damage during shipping.
A $20 fee will be deducted from your refund for an insured return shipping label or you may choose to return your order via your own insured, trackable means. We are not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged without insurance.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Custom orders are not subject to any return or exchange.

Damaged Items & Repairs
Quality is extremely important to us. If your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, we would be happy to fix it for you under warranty. To initiate the repair process, please email us at email@example.com with your order information and a photo of the damage. We will get back to you as quickly as possible.
Designs that are damaged from misuse, or returned without prior authorization are not eligible for return.
The Lovery is unable to reimburse engraving fees.
