Holiday 2023 Return Policy

Items purchased between November 16th, 2023 - December 31st, 2023 can be returned for store credit only. Kindly initiate your return by January 15, 2024. 

Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for any returns, refunds, store credit or exchange. 

When shopping Final Sale, it's important to keep a few things in mind:

  • No returns, refunds, store credit, or exchange: Before placing your order, make sure the item is something you or someone in your friend and family circle will want.
  • Check the sizing: Since you won't be able to exchange the item, it's important to make sure you're buying the right size. Check the sizing chart and read any reviews to get an idea of how the item(s) fits. If you need additional information or photos, please email us at hello@thelovery.co
  • No price adjustments: Final sale items do not qualify for price adjustments or price matches.

To Receive A Refund

Initiate a return within 20 days of receiving your order to receive a refund to your original payment method.

All refunds are subject to a $20 return fee, which includes the cost of an insured UPS return label.

Original shipping costs will not be refunded. 


To Receive A Store Credit

Initiate a return within 20 days of receiving your order to receive a store credit.

No fees. No expiration. Insured UPS return label included.

Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

The Lovery monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges.

Damaged Items & Repairs

Quality is extremely important to us.

If your jewelry has a damage or defect, please email us immediately at hello@thelovery.co with specific details and a photo of the damage. 

If your product is damaged within 14 days of delivery and it has been determined that there is an issue with the product, the cost of the repair will be covered.

If your product is damaged after 14 days of delivery, please note that you will be responsible for the cost of the repair and the shipping to our office. We do our absolute best to accommodate repairs or replacements at a low cost.

Repairs and replacements are usually completed and shipped back to you within 1-2 weeks.

Once again, if your jewelry has a damage or defect, please email us immediately at hello@thelovery.co with specific details and a photo of the damage so we can best accommodate.
