All pieces are in-stock unless stated otherwise in the product description or shopping cart. 

All orders are shipped from our office in New York. We strive to ship out all in-stock items within 1 business day from when your order is placed, but please allow up to 3 business days for in-stock items to be shipped out.

Shipping method selection does not expedite production time. Please email us at  hello@thelovery.co for expedited handling and we will do our best to accommodate.

The Lovery currently ships to The United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, Europe & Australia.

All of The Lovery's packages are insured. No signature is required for delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships (usually within 1 business day of placing your order).

If you've ordered multiple items in one order, we may ship the pieces separately if an item is not in stock. 

If you've placed multiple orders, we may batch them together as one shipment, unless otherwise requested by the customer. 

The Lovery can not ship to PO boxes.

 

Insurance Claims

The Lovery now offers shipping insurance with Route. Route protects against loss, theft, or damage in transit, and is a fast and efficient way to resolve carrier shipping issues. It can be added or removed in your cart before placing your order. The cost varies based on the value of your order. If you purchased Route Protection with your order and need to file a claim, click here.


If you did not purchase Route Protection with your order and are experiencing a non-delivery, or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, you must contact us at hello@thelovery.co within 5 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the shipping carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete depending on the shipping carrier and circumstances of your claim. We are always here to help
