All pieces are in-stock unless stated otherwise in the product description or shopping cart. 

All orders are shipped from our office in New York. We strive to ship out all in-stock items within 1 business day from when your order is placed, but please allow up to 3 business days for in-stock items to be shipped out.

Shipping method selection does not expedite production time. Please email us at  hello@thelovery.co for expedited handling and we will do our best to accommodate.

UPS Ground: 1-5 business days shipping time
UPS 2-Day: 2 business days shipping time
FedEx Overnight: 1 business day shipping time

All of The Lovery's packages are insured. No signature is required for delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

If you've ordered multiple items in one order, we may ship the pieces separately if an item is not in stock. 

If you've placed multiple orders, we may batch them together as one shipment, unless otherwise requested by the customer. 

The Lovery can not ship to PO boxes.

Insurance Claims

If you are experiencing a non-delivery, or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, you must contact us within 5 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the shipping carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete depending on the shipping carrier.

The Lovery does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier, but that you have not received. We do not issue replacements, refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered, but you have not received, unless we are able to collect the insurance funds.
